that near future is here.....

So in my previous post i said i have been working on some new ideas. I really kind of needed to step away from the trees a bit before i went crazy.
Typically speaking, when i make something new i get all excited and post it up right away, but this time is different. In my hi tree beginnings post i wrote about how the more i work on something the better it gets. So this time around i decided to take my own advise and keep all of the new dudes to myself until i had made quite a few of them. It is still a work in progress, i have definitely worked out a few design flaws but i think there is still a ways to go before im 100% happy with them. but here they are.

clearly they are all different sizes, im even working on one that is 4 feet tall.

The funny thing is, i dont even know what the heck to do with them. I think im going to somehow incorporate them into these two installations i am doing later this year.
Please feel free to critique. i live for it.

ooohhh...I just love these! My personal favorite is the 3rd image from the top...the white stem, with that textured moss top! mmm...Just lovely.

Oh cute, I love them! I just saw you as the featured seller on etsy - congrats! Your work is really cute and fun, and reading your interview thing has made me all the more keen to take the plunge and start selling!

I LOVE THESE!!!! Sorry to write in all caps, but these deserve some love! I think I have to have one. If I could have it my way I would be buy a handful of trees and mushrooms, and create my own little forest spot to sit and ponder about anything and everything! Great work.

I love your mushroom designs! How about marketing them as pin cushions? I made a mushroom pin cushion for myself (it's on my blog) but yours is much better!
