color!!!!
After i did the last blog post about giant giant giant giant sequoia this morning (see below) christina and i got started on my next installation that will be shipping off to the burrito gallery in jacksonville along with the big big tree and various other tree things. all of this needs to ship aout in about 2 weeks. its clearly not done yet, but im so excited about it! everything is looking soooo pretty. its pretty obvious what the next step will be.

This instillation although incomplete looks absolutely beautiful! I love blending colors the way you did here - where it's choppy because each individual object/thing is it's own color, but it's also blended because the colors are chosen so perfectly that they all (when set next to each other) actually flow smoothly... Like sequential gradients of colors! and if you squint your eyes it looks like one 'giant' mixture of pretty blended colors. Anyways, I hope that made sense to other people besides myself :) Bravo, I love the posts! So keep them a comin'!
